You guys, it’s almost summer! Which means shorts are getting shorter, tops are getting smaller and my least favorite shopping will happen… swimsuits. I also promised that I’d share more of healthy content and details about how I stay fit. I exercise about 4-5 days a week, but since summer is just around the corner I decided to to get down to business. I recently found BodyBoss Method online, which is a 12 week program… aka the Ultimate Body Fitness Guide! Basically, it’s a structured routine of fun/high intensity workouts. 

My main issue is finding a way to exercise when I’m traveling. Over the next few months, I’m going to be gone… A TON! So I started searching for ways to stay on track and routines that would work anywhere. What I initially liked as I was reading about BodyBoss is that it requires 3 workouts a week, 24 minutes each. Totally doable, right? Every 4 weeks, the workout get’s harder to help you achieve your goals.

I’m a busy gal, and I know a lot of you are too. It’s hard to fit in a 2 hour sweat session when you’ve got work, school & other stuff going on. My favorite part about it is that you can do the workouts anywhere. You don’t need any fancy equipment or gym memberships. You can do it in your backyard, bedroom or in my case, a hotel room!

You can use either a printed or e-Book version of the guide, so you can take it anywhere. There’s a worksheet you can use to track your progress & there’s even a glossary that explains how to do all of the exercises that are in the guide. No excuses!! They’re making it super simple, which I love. The workouts are made for normal people like you and me. Not fitness models & pro athletes. It can be really intimidating starting a workout program that’s meant for someone with a ton of fitness knowledge or experience. It even includes a free 4 week pre-training for beginners to prepare your body for the main program. So easy, right?

I’m in Cycle 1, Week 2 and already feeling a huge boost in my energy level and my muscles feel like they’re starting to get toned. My goal is to tone up and get ready for swimsuit season.     Do you do BodyBoss on top of Orange Theory? I did my first Orange workout last night (and loved it, although it kicked my ass!) and I signed up to do that twice a week. Is this something that could be done on top of that? How often do you go to OT? I think I remember you saying in your Q&A post (which I can’t find on here) that you go 4 times a week?!

    I’m excited about getting in good shape and seeing results in the upcoming months! 🙂
