Hey girl heyyyyy! Who tuned into my Forever 21 Haul on IG Live?? I’ve been making an effort to use IG live lately, but need to get better about scheduling. Saturday Tony was out of town camping, so I did what any girl would do… went shopping! As you know, I’m all about a good deal. There are tons of “blogger style” pieces that I love, but can’t really justify spending money on. No offense to people who do buy high priced items, it’s just not in my comfort zone. So when I find knockoffs at Forever 21, I feel like totally hit the jackpot.
Normally, I only shop online. But sometimes it’s hard to tell what’s going to fit. Forever 21 can be really tricky with sizing and fit. Whether I’m in the store or have stuff shipped to me, I normally only find a couple of things that actually look good on me. I’ve also realized that I have to size up on almost everything. Generally, I’m a size small in tops, 26 in jeans & 2 in other items. When I buy shirts, sweatshirts, leggings, dresses, etc from Forever 21 I usually size up to a Medium. Mainly because I don’t like when things are too short or skin tight. I also get a size 27 in jeans, just to make sure they’re long enough and don’t dig in to my sides.
My Forever 21 Finds
Chloe Nile Bag
One of the first things that I spotted when I got to Forever was this bag! I’ve had my eye on the small Chloe Nile $19that it seems like every fashion blogger is carrying lately. I love that it can be worn as a cross body bag or by the gold ring. It’s not identical, but for … I’m totally ok with it! They have a ton of other cute black bags right now too. Like this quilted cross body that totally gives Chanel vibes.
Givenchy Studded Boots
As you know if you follow me on Instagram, I am SOOOO OBSESSED with the new boots I got. I’ve been in love with Givenchy’s Studded Boots for soo long, but could never bring myself to spending $1400 on a pair of boots. I’ve found some other studded boots, like these ones I got on Amazon for $35, but when I spotted these beauties at Forever 21, there was no doubt in my mind that they would be mine. They best part??? They were only $39!!!!!!! FYI they also have some super awesome Stuart Weitzman knockoff over the knee boots.
Blogger Style on a Budget
I also found a ton of other super cute, chic pieces that totally mimic the high end (sometimes pricey) blogger style. Here’s what I picked up:
I love that all of the pieces I got are super versatile. Most of them can be worn from summer into fall & layered! The best part is that I didn’t break the bank! You can totally stock your closet with chic pieces on a budget.
