I have such a fun surprise for you guys today!! I have a very special guest on Revenge Bakery: Danielle Victoria! Danielle is a model and influencer, and also one of my bff’s! She’s literally one of the sweetest, genuine & kind hearted people I know. Not to mention she’s a total babe and badass beauty! Danielle and I met about 3 years ago because our boyfriends are in a band together! Along the way, we’ve bonded over our mutual love of cheese, Real Housewives & lonely girl status when our boyfriends are away. I thought it would be fun to ask her some questions so that you guys could get to know her a little better! Not only is Danielle absolutely gorgeous, she’s a badass business babe with a ton of awesome advice. Continue Reading

Revenge Home: DIY Bar & Game Room with Mixbook

DIY Home Bar Reclaimed Wood Wall and Shelves DIY Game Room - Hallway transformed into a game room - Star Wars Framed Photos & Shuffle Board Table DIY Bar and Game Room - Vintage Star Wars Art

You guys, I just realized I’ve never done any type of home tour on the blog! Part of that is on purpose though. With social media and blogging, it can be really easy to have your entire life on display. Sometimes, it’s nice to have a few things your keep private. A “safe space” that’s just yours and can’t be judged or discussed. AND we’ve spent a lot of time over the last couple of years updating our house. I didn’t want to share anything until it was done and exactly how we wanted it! So I thought it would be fun to give a little glimpse into one of my favorite rooms of our house, the game room! We can now add another year of San Diego Comic-Con to the record books,  it brought everything a nerd like me could hope for from a four-day celebration of geek culture. There was cosplay (oh boy was there cosplay), trailers, exciting experiences, authors & artists. In all honesty, it was a lot. Especially for a reclusive, anti-social girl like myself. But that doesn’t mean I’d ever pass up an opportunity to walk around in a costume and immerse myself in people watching with my fellow nerds. Continue Reading

Donut Bar x Revenge Bakery – Interview With the World’s Best Donut Shop

When I first moved to San Diego, it became my mission to find the best food and coolest restaurants. I started following food blogs, Instagram accounts, Yelp & would keep an eye out for new restaurants popping up around our neighborhood. One of the first spots that hit my radar was Donut Bar. Everywhere I looked and everyone I talked to knew about Donut Bar & their infamous concoctions. The first 4 times I tried to visit their store, they were closed because they had sold out. Seriously! 4 times in a row! I started getting a little discouraged. But knew that if a donut shop was selling out of treats every day, it was worth the trek. Continue Reading

I moved to San Diego almost 3 years ago! So crazy how time flies. But what are the best things to do on weekends, what should you do if you’ve got a vacation planned to San Diego, or what do all of the locals to for fun around here? This post features everything you need to add to your San Diego Bucket List. Continue Reading

How to Be a Grownup and Get Shit Done

T-Shirt: Missguided Shorts: Blank NYC Sunglasses: Forever 21 (similar here) Shoes: Converse Bracelets: Shashi

Ahh growing up. It’s a double edged sword. You’re allowed to do whatever you want, but that also means you’re responsible for everything.

Even though I had a full time job at 16 and moved out at 17, there’s something a lot different about being in your 20s. It’s kind of like you have a realization that you have to get your shit together. In your mid and late 20s, you start scrambling because you realize you don’t have it together and look around and wonder how everyone else seems so composed. Continue Reading

Summer Skincare Guide

Erin Aschow Revenge Bakery Skincare Erin Aschow Revenge Bakery Skincare Tips Trophy Skinc at home Microdermabrasion Kit Erin Aschow Skincare Routine I get a lot of questions about my skincare routine, so I thought I’d start by sharing a few of my favorite products and tips. I’d like to preface this post with the fact that I DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT have perfect skin. It’s a struggle, I have adult acne, scars, hyper pigmentation & some fine lines. It’s the real world people! I haven’t jumped into the world of high tech lasers, botox or fillers. Not to say I have anything against them or would rule them out completely, but my goal is to wait as long as possible. I think there’s something to be said about aging gracefully. I’m not even 30 yet! Continue Reading
